HR Manager Opportunity

Our client is a growing manufacturing firm located in Southern New Hampshire. They are looking for a senior HR professional accountable to develop and manage systems for the development of the client organization through recruitment, training, compensation and benefits of employees at all levels in compliance with governmental statutes and regulations, the Company Affirmative Action Plan, and consistent application of internal policies and procedures. The HR Manager also plays a key role in working with the President and the leadership team on change management, organizational development and communications.

The HR Manager will be responsible for resolving Employee Relations issues by conducting investigations, mediating between and among employees at all levels, coaching supervisors and managers in effectively handling of HR issues and providing key recommendations for actions, including discipline and termination. The incumbent represents the Company in the legal arena, both by written response and sworn testimony.  This position contributes significantly to the fairness and integrity of the Company compensation system both by coaching managers in writing accurate position descriptions and determining appropriate salary ranges.  The incumbent supervises and develops members of the HR team, including training and development function.
